The spiral shape of these bits creates an air stream, which blows off the dust. An additional advantage of this shape is that the bits don’t get greasy and clogged, and therefore are more durable than regular bits.
These bits are usually used for removing and polishing cuticles and nail grooves.
Fine (red) are recommended for working with sensitive cuticles and polishing.
Medium (blue) is usually used for removing cuticles from the nail plates.
Upon completion of the work with a client, all bits that were used to perform the procedure must be washed, cleaned, sterilized and dried. A solution of at least 70% alcohol is recommended for effective disinfection.
