First keep your nails clean, second apply any base color nail polish you like, 
Then apply a no-clean sealer, apply the mermaid pearl nail glitter powder while the no-clean sealer is not completely dry, 
Finally apply a no-clean sealer. (Warm tips: White base can create a better mirror nail effect. This is also a great option for creating unique nails.)
